Detail. Photographer's statement: "Photography is embedded in our lives. It is present from our birth to our death, and beyond…" - SARVAS, Risto and FROHLICH, David. M (2011) In a world saturated by social media and reality TV a lot of what was once private has now become public. Both taking and sharing photos has now become second nature. This concept is one that fascinates me, and has lead me to explore my private life in a public way, studying my relationships with both my family and my friends. Jen and… is a collaboration of portraits, existing images and text, that intends to form a representation of my identity, and almost a self-portrait through the people in my life."
