General view of work. Photographer's statement: "Objects can be inextricably tied up with memories; they have the power to remind you of a specific time, place or even person. We as individuals can gain a strong emotional and physical attachment to objects purely due to the memories associated with them. This is especially true when the loved one you share these special memories with passes away, the objects become even more meaningful and you attempt to immerse yourself amongst them in order to feel connected once more. This intimate series examines the loving relationship shared between a husband and wife, and the presence that remains within the home after his passing. My aim was to search out beautiful details that tell a story in a sentimental and nostalgic nature."
