Description:

Exterior view: looking down onto the Modern Art Museum, Palma. An art gallery built within the walls of a 16th century fort - part of Palma's city walls. The exterior spaces are also used as exhibition areas - both courtyards and old & new walls being connected by ramps and balconies. The new structures are made of concrete and glass to distinguish them from the stone walls of the original bastion.
