Description:
|
Text accompanying the show reads: "I create visual art that emphasises the importance of aesthetics. / The foremost aim of my imagery is to trigger a transcendental experience; to make the viewer forget their present, past and future; and for them to take pleasure in their natural reactions to all aspects of the form displayed. / My work presents scenes and objects that we all encounter and pass by on a daily basis. I intend to make the audience examine the beauty in the mundane that is all around us, appreciating the complexity within the simplicities of our day-to-day environments." Location: in the Gallery in the Furnival Building.
