Description:
|
General view: Text accompanying the show reads: "In my work I explore how dreams can affect the way we feel once awake, and how they can be used as representations of the way we think and feel in waking life. My images reflect common feelings within dreams, such as vulnerability, insecurity, distress and feelings of disturbance. In my opinion, dreams area an important tool in exploring how we think and feel, and can be used for making sense of personal situations. I want viewers to observe my work and relate to what they see within the images and how these make them feel; making them think more deeply about their own dreams and the meanings behind these, and what importance their dreams can have in understanding themselves." Location: in the Gallery in the Furnival Building.
