Exterior view: a coach party of visitors to the Olympic Games site on The Greenway outside the View Tube viewing galleries [photographed in April 2011] . The galleries (left) are made from 3 recycled containers outside the Café. They contain posters relating to the Olympic Park and design and artworks. The Stadium (right) is designed by POPULOUS and BURO HAPPOLD. The View Tube contains a café, education, arts and information spaces located on the Greenway, a permissive path running through the south corner of the Olympic Park. The View Tube with its viewing gallery was set up to allow visitors to observe progress on the Olympic Games site. The building also includes a cycle hire business. East of the Café is a small area laid out as a garden for visitors, particularly for school parties. Guided parties are frequent visitors. The building and café itself use sustainable and recycled materials.
