Description: 
Footpath erosion and prevention. View looking towards off-road car parking. Stone ridge in foreground which channels water away from the path. Access to Stanage Edge is limited to preferred and managed footpaths to reduce the impact of public using the area. Places which are often wet or have high density usage are paved with recycled stone to encourage and enable walkers to use the same access routes onto Stanage Edge.
