Description: 
Exterior view: Location: Stromstraße. Energy efficient 20 storey offices with restaurants and shops in the 56m high atrium. Composed of two rhomboid toweres connected at the upper floor levels only. The structure has a glass outer facade facade with an inner glass skin separated by 1.4m "balconies" which act as "climate buffers". Inital design concept by OVERDIEK PETZINKA & PARTNERS (1991). Project realised by PETZINKA PINK & PARTNERS. Used as the offices of the Chancellery, and also the Prime-minister, of North Rhine-Westphalia.
