Exterior view: the tower is decorated with Art Deco elements, while the lower storeys are more neo-classical in design. The air-conditioning for the building is non-powered. Prevailing winds crossing Lake Eirie enter the building through vents in the west facade. They are then directed below ground and return, naturally cooled, to be piped throughout the building.
