Description: 
Exterior detail: north facade detail. Built by the Guaranty Construction Company of Chicago. Beneath ground are the service and utility areas. The ground floor area contains public lobbies, entrances and the shops (which open onto the street). Upper floors contain the offices. The top floor has the top of the elevator shafts, more utilities and a final few offices.
