This is a mixed use building: the Central Library is on the upper floors and with shops and a pedestrian through-route (Paradise Forum) at ground floor level between Centenary Square and Chamberlain Square. Scheduled for demolition when a new Central Library is completed in adjacent Centenary Square (building work for this began in 2010).
