The Central Library is on the upper floors and with shops and a pedestrian through-route (Paradise Forum) a\t ground floor level between Centenary Square and Chamberlain Square. Scheduled for demolition when a new Central Library is completed in adjacent Centenary Square (building work for this began in 2010). The building (right) is Birmingham Town Hall (HANSOM & WELCH, 1832-34) - extensively restored between 1996-2007)
