The Spiral Cafe is located behind the three Cube Fountains (designed by GROSS.MAX., 2003, who also worked on all the public spaces in The Bullring redevlopment) in the foreground. The fountains are illuminated with changing coloured light at night. The Bullring Shopping Centre buildings were redeveloped in 2003 (Archt: BENOY), replacing an earlier Bullring Shopping Centre which had opened in 1964.
