Exterior detail: low end of the structure. Location: Hyde Park, London. Since 2000 the Serpentine Gallery in Hyde Park has commissioned an annual temporary pavilion erected for the summer and designed by leading international architects. In 1995 SEJIMA and NISHIZAWA co-founded their Tokyo based architectural firm: SANAA (Sejima and Nishizawa and Associates).
