Location: Salford Quays. Interior detail: part of the Main Exhibition Space during one of the 'Big Picture Show' performances. The main space houses 'The Big Picture', an hourly sound and image show projected onto all the walls and floor of the museum space ; interactive exhibits ; iconic objects of all sizes from the museum collection ; and the TimeLine - a chronological display running around the walls of the space. Also inside this space are six 'Silos' each containing a different themed display: Experience of War ; Women and War ; Impressions of War ; Empire, Commonwealth and War ; Science, Technology and War ; Legacy of War.
