Location: Salford Quays. Interior detail: part of the Main Exhibition Space during one of the 'Big Picture Show' performances. Baby in a gas mask. The main space houses 'The Big Picture', an hourly sound and image show projected onto all the walls and floor of the museum space ; interactive exhibits ; iconic objects of all sizes from the museum collection ; and the TimeLine - a chronological display running around the walls of the space. Also inside this space are six 'Silos' each containing a different themed display: Experience of War ; Women and War ; Impressions of War ; Empire, Commonwealth and War ; Science, Technology and War ; Legacy of War.
