The Barton House - exterior detail: stained glass window in entrance door. This house, when photographed, was lived in by PhD students from the University at Buffalo. Commissioned by Darwin D. Martin of the E- Stove Polish Company of Chicago. The complex includes the main house (The Martin House), a separate conservatory, a smaller house for Darwin Martin's sister (The Barton House), and a cottage for the gardener.
