Exterior detail: view of profile at the top of facade. South Quay Plaza was the first speculative office development built ion the Isle of Dogs in Docklands. Planned in three phases, in other words three separate buildings, each building was to be let before construction of the next phase began. The Daily Telegraph Building was completed as Phase One.
