Detail: carving at corner of the signboard. SIgnboard for Ashton's and Neumann's Flashes. The area was created and flooded in 2005. This is one of many similar noticeboards in different parts of the Community Woodlands. This nature park forms part of a network of Community Parks and Woodlands on the edge of Northwich. It is located next to the Anderton Boat Lift. It is administered by Cheshire County Council and forms part of the Mersey Forest.
