Description: 
Detail: carving at the edge of the noticeboard. SIgnboard for Dairyhouse Meadows. It contains information on public artwork, fishing, opening times, a 'walking for health' leaflet and a map of the area. The edges of the board are decorated with incised images of wildlife, both flora and fauna. Inscription reads: ANDERTON NATURE PARK / Lime / Salt / from industrial wastelane to wildlife haven. This is one of many similar noticeboards in different parts of the Community Woodlands. The nature park forms part of a network of Community Parks and Woodlands on the edge of Northwich. It is located next to the Anderton Boat Lift. It is administered by Cheshire County Council and forms part of the Mersey Forest.
