Detail view inside the monument site. Block with inscriptions. War memorials of this kind were not installed until after the collapse of the Soviet Union. This is located outside the Polish Parliament Buildings (Sejm). Photographed the day after the anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising. The monument was consecrated by Pope John Paul II the day following its unveiling.
