A engraved aerial view of Thomas Turner and Co.'s Works on Leadmill Road. Part of this area was recently dug by Univeristy of Sheffield's Archeology Department prior to the redevelopment of the Leadmill Exchange. The Midland Railway is visible, as is, less distinctly, the Cholera Monument in the background. Taken from the 'Illustrated Guide to Sheffield', Pawson & Brailsford, 1879.
