Exterior view: City Hall facade of Fountain Precinct, Barkers Pool, S1 2JA. An office development for Gauntlet Devleopments, which also included a night club, and a bar with an entrance on Leopold Street. It was constructed on the site of the Grand Hotel which was opened in 1910 and demolished in 1971.
