The Terminal or Grain Warehouse. These buildings were used for unloading grain, barges could float inside and unload under cover. View of derelict buildings at the Canal Basin just before the final refurbishment of the area in the 1990's, when it was re-christened Victoria Quays. It had been mainly derelict since the 1970's.
