Description:

Exterior detail: one of the ceramic panels which are laid randomly amongst the brickwork on the exterior of the building. This one is decorated with two fish. The panels were individually designed by the artists working with future residents of the buildings. View of one end of the streetside facade of Block 2, flats on Royce Road, Hulme. Newly built apartments in a run-down area of Manchester.
