Location: Victoria Square. Rear view of the sculpture, titled 'The River', and the upper basin in Victoria Square. The text on the edge of the pool is taken from T.S. Eliot's 'Burnt Norton'. The figure is popularly refered to as 'The Floozie in the Jacuzzi' The Square was opened in 1993 by Diana, Princess of Wales and is named after the statue of Queen Victoria which it also contains.
