Description: 
View of terraced garden, retaining wall with mosaic 'rill'. Location: Howard Street. Description: A terraced lawn with a retaining wall whose top contains a mosaic channel. Water flows down the channel from a small dome at the top of the wall into a depression at the wall's lowest part. 2000 fibre optic lights are set in the stonework around the mosaic channel. Stainless steel railings with tong-shaped elements contain the flower beds on opposite side of the terraced lawn. Commission: Part of the Heart of the City redevelopment. Emma Biggs worked with the City Council's Opened by Cllr Jan Wilson on 21 December 2005.
