Description: 
Exterior detail. Sun motif. Location: Division Street. Description: Coat of Arms of the City of Sheffield. The figure of Vulcan is on the right holding pincers, with an anvil behind him and Thor is on the left with a long handled hammer (looking more like an axe). The arms are enclosed on either side by the axe and bundle of rods of a Roman lictor. The date appears at the upper corners above a lion and a gryphon's head. Two Sun motifs appear at first floor level to the left and right of the main facade. Commission: Sheffield City Council. Now tranferred to Carver Street. The building has been converted to a pub.
